摘要
文章简要介绍了铝合金电机外壳型材制备和模具结构优化过程,采用旋转式节能熔炼炉设备、同水平热顶铸造半连续铸造法和均质工艺,优化6061-T6合金高硅均质铸锭在挤压过程慢速加压前行和在线淬火处理,再经过人工时效,最终生产出满足用户要求的铝合金电机外壳型材。
This paper briefly introduces the preparation of the aluminum alloy motor shell profile and the process of optimizing the die structure.Using the rotary energy-saving smelting furnace equipment,the horizontal hot top casting semi-continuous casting method and homogenization process,the 6061-T6 hard alloy high silicon homogeneous ingot is optimized in the process of extrusion,slow pressure forward and online quenching treatment,and then after artificial aging,the aluminum motor shell profile meeting the requirements of users is finally produced.
