摘要
学前教育专业班级是高端技术技能人才贯通培养试验项目基础教育阶段中一个普通又特殊的存在。作为班级成员几乎全是女生的群体,其在心理、学习和人际关系上有着与其他班级不同的特点。结合实际教学及班主任工作经验,对学前教育专业女生特点进行详细分析,以诺丁斯"关怀教育"理论、自我效能理论和马斯洛需求层次理论为支柱,结合具体实例对女生班级管理策略进行探讨,以期提高学前教育专业女生的综合能力和个人素养,营造良好的班级氛围,打造和谐有爱的班级队伍。
Class of pre-school education major is ordinary and special in the run-through training projects of high-end skilled talents. As a group whose members are almost all girls,it has different characteristics of students and management from other classes. Combining with the author’s experience in teaching and as the class teacher,the psychological and learning characteristics of girls of pre-school education major are analyzed. Besides,based on the Nodding’s caring theory,theory of self-efficacy and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs,this paper discussed the management strategies,combining specific instances,in order to improve the comprehensive ability and personal accomplishment of girls majoring in pre-school education,create good class atmosphere,and achieve better implementation of the class management.
