摘要
大学生创业问题是社会普遍关注的热点问题。通过问卷调查,基于SEM模型,利用统计分析软件AMOS24.0和SPSS21.0进行分析,揭示了大学生创业倾向的现状和形成机理。结果表明:大学生个人特质与创业倾向存在显著的正向关系,而创业环境与大学生创业倾向不存在显著的正向关系,个人特质和创业环境目前都不足以支撑大学生创业,大学生的创业倾向普遍较低。要提升大学生的创业倾向,使大学生成为真正的创新创业生力军,必须着力提高大学生的创业能力和信心,完善高校创新创业教育体系,营造更加良好的创业环境。
The problem of College Students’ entrepreneurship is a hot topic of social concern. Based on questionnaires and SEM model, this paper uses Amos 24.0 and SPSS21.0 to reveal the current situation and formation mechanism of College Students’ entrepreneurial tendencies. The results show that there is a significant positive relationship between College Students’ personal characteristics and entrepreneurial tendencies, but there is no significant positive relationship between entrepreneurial environment and college students’ entrepreneurial tendencies. Personal traits and entrepreneurial environment are not enough to support college students’ entrepreneurship, college students’ entrepreneurial tendencies are generally low. Therefore, in order to improve the entrepreneurial tendency of college students and make them become the real fresh force of entrepreneurship and innovation, we must focus on improving the entrepreneurial ability and confidence of college students, improve the innovation and entrepreneurship education system in colleges and universities, and create a better entrepreneurial environment.
