摘要
兼职班主任是学生管理工作的重要组成部分,是学科建设、专业建设的延伸。完善兼职班主任管理制度是强化兼职班主任工作的重要方法。对兼职班主任队伍进行管理,不仅能发挥专业教师在人才培养方面优势,对教师本身的思想认知、教育理念、带教水平、科研水平都会带来明显的优势。
Part-time head teacher,an important part of student management,is an extension of discipline and profession construction.Consummating the management system of part-time head teachers is one of the major way to strengthen their work.The management of part-time head teachers not only gives scope to the advantages of professional teachers in talent training,but also improves teachers'ideological cognition,education concept,teaching level and scientific research level.
