摘要
目的:探究在风湿免疫科教学过程中应用PBL结合情境模拟教学法的效果方法。方法:选取我院2016-2017年参加住院医师规范化培训的89名学生作为本次研究对象,随机分为试验组与对照组。将类风湿性关节炎作为教案,对照组学生应用传统教学方式,试验组学生应用PBL结合情境模拟教学方式,对比两组学生的教学效果。结果:试验组的满意度和测试成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:在风湿免疫科教学过程中应用PBL结合情境模拟教学法能够达到良好的教学效果,可作为优选教学方案加以推广。
Objective:to explore the teaching effectiveness of problem-based learning (PBL) combined with situational simulation training in rheumatic teaching.Methods:89 participants in the standardized training of residents from January,2016 to January,2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Rheumatoid arthritis was treated as teaching case.The students in the control group were educated with traditional teaching methods.The students in the experimental group were educated with PBL associated with situational simulation training.The results of teaching effectiveness of the two groups then was compared.Results:both satisfaction and test scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:the teaching effectiveness of problem-based learning(PBL) combined with situational simulation training in rheumatic teaching can achieve significant results.It can be promoted as an optimal teaching method.
