新三矿斜井井筒变形破坏特征及控制方案分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对新三矿副斜井穿软弱岩层的井筒破坏情况,通过FLAC3D软件数值模拟无支护、长锚杆和拱形工字钢3种状态下斜井特定位置围岩的变形情况,根据3种数值模拟情况下的支护效果,总结得出副斜井穿软弱岩层围岩变形的规律,并结合工程实例,确定最终的支护方案。结果表明,锚杆支护方案在数值模拟700m处支护效果最佳,支护中将工字钢与锚杆交替使用,支护效果显著。 In view of the wellbore failure in the inclined shaft of Xinsan Mine, the FLAC3 D software was adopted to numerically simulate the deformation of the surrounding rock at the specific position of the inclined shaft under three conditions: unsupported, long anchor and joist steel. The support effect under three kinds of numerical simulations was summarized. The deformation law of surrounding rock in the weak inclined rock layer was obtained, and the final support scheme was determined by combining engineering examples. The results showed that the anchor support scheme had the best support effect at 700m in numerical simulation, and the joist steel and anchor were used alternately in the support,with the best support effect.
