摘要
为了研究煤种硫分迁移规律,峰煤焦化公司对生产所用煤种进行了铁箱实验,探讨了单种煤的硫分转化率,并结合岩相等数据进行了配煤炼焦实验。结果表明,高硫气煤硫分转化率较低,配入后在保证焦炭质量的同时,可降低配比中价高量少的低硫焦煤、肥煤和瘦煤使用量,达到了降低配煤成本的目的。
In order to study the rule of sulfur migration of coal, Fengfeng Coal Coking Company carried out iron box experiments on the coal used in production. The sulfur conversion rate of single coal was discussed and the coal blending and coking experiments were carried out combining with petrographic data. The results show that the sulfur conversion rate of high sulfur gas coal is low, and the use of low sulfur coke, fertilizer coal and lean coal with low price and high quantity can be reduced while the quality of coke is guaranteed after blending, thus the cost of coal blending can be reduced.
