海水养殖贝藻类碳汇效率的区域比较研究 被引量:4

摘要 借助数据包络分析法,选取辽宁省、山东省、浙江省、福建省、广东省为考察对象,将各省海水养殖贝藻类总产量、从业人口数量、育苗量、养殖面积设定为投入指标,将各省海水养殖贝藻类固碳总量设定为产出指标,结合2003-2015年数据,对上述五省海水养殖贝藻类碳汇效率进行测度和分析。实证结果表明:五省海水养殖贝藻类碳汇效率发展不平衡。其中,广东省(0.996)、山东省(0.975)、福建省(0.972)较高,辽宁省(0.912)稍低,浙江省(0.760)最低,均未实现DEA有效。基于分析,论文从投入角度对五省分别提出优化建议,以期为五省更好地发挥海水养殖贝藻类的碳汇功能提供理论依据。 Taking advantage of the data from 2003 to 2015, this paper selects the DEA model,which adopts total productions、areas、the number of labors、seedling quantities of seawater cultured bivalves and seaweeds in Liaoning Province、Shandong Province、Zhejiang Province、Fujian Province and Guangdong Province as the inputs and the respective carbon sequestration as final outputs to conduct the measurement and analysis on regional carbon sequestration efficiency of seawater cultured bivalves and seaweeds. The empirical results show that carbon sequestration efficiency of seawater cultured bivalves and seaweeds in the five provinces are unbalanced. Among them, Shandong Province(0.975), Fujian Province(0.972)and Guangdong Province(0.996)have high carbon sequestration efficiency, while the efficiency of carbon sequestration in Liaoning Province(0.912)is slightly lower,and Zhejiang Province(0.760)is the lowest. These five provinces have not achieved effective DEA.Based on the above analysis, this paper proposes optimized suggestions for five provinces from the perspective of inputs, which provides a theoretical basis for the five provinces marine aquaculture to help them play a greater role in carbon sink.
