摘要
随着汽车、轨道交通、核电、航天航空、家用电器等行业的迅猛发展,对轻量化连接技术需求更为迫切,电磁脉冲焊接技术作为一种可靠的异种金属焊接技术,越来越受到关注和重视,已经成为焊接工艺研究的一个热点。对近5年来国内电磁脉冲焊接技术进展情况,从工艺参数和接头性能、新工艺方法的开发、数值建模与模拟仿真技术,接头界面形貌与结合机制四个研究方向进行了综述和分析,对今后的技术发展进行了展望,并提出了相应的建议。
With the rapid development of automotive,rail transit,nuclear power,aerospace and other industries,the demand for lightweight connection technology is more urgent. As a reliable dissimilar metal welding technology,electromagnetic pulse welding technology has attracted more and more attention and has become a hot spot in welding technology research. In this paper,the progress of electromagnetic pulse welding technology in recent 5 years in China is reviewed and analyzed. It includes four research directions about the process parameters and joint performance,the development of new technology methods,numerical modeling and simulation technology,joint interface morphology and binding mechanism. The future development of the technology is also forecasted and corresponding suggestions are put forward.
