高能锂离子电池SiO基负极材料的改性方法研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 SiO基材料因其高比容量(2600mAhg^-1)、相对低的工作电压(<0.5V)以及自然储量丰富等优点作为锂离子电池负极被广泛研究。然而其本身也存在一些固有的缺陷,例如循环过程中体积效应明显,导电率低等,导致硅基负极材料的电化学性能不够理想。为了克服上述困难,很多改性策略被人们提出,例如减小材料颗粒尺寸,制备复合材料等。本文简要总结了最新的相关改性研究,以便对SiO基材料未来的改性研究提供一定的指导。
