摘要
通过膨胀珍珠岩改性实验,探究了表面处理方法、粒径尺寸、水解时间、水解温度等因素对膨胀珍珠岩吸水率的影响,制备了膨胀珍珠岩复合相变储能材料。利用差示扫描量热法(DSC)对热力学性能进行研究,定性分析了膨胀珍珠岩复合相变储能材料在外墙保温砂浆中的技术经济性能。结果表明:水解时间为8h,水解温度为60℃时,改性膨胀珍珠岩的吸水率下降,憎水性显著提高。
The effects of surface treatment methods,particle size,hydrolysis time and hydrolysis temperature on the water absorption of expanded perlite were investigated through the experiment of dilated perlite,and the composite phase change energy storage material of expanded perlite was prepared.The thermodynamics of the composite was made by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)to qualitatively analyze the technical and economic performance of expanded perlite composite phase change energy storage materials in exterior wall thermal insulation mortar.The results show that when the hydrolysis time is 8 h and the hydrolysis temperature is 60℃,the water absorption rate of the modified expansive perlite are decreased and the hydrophobicity of the modified expansive perlite is greatly improved.
