摘要
压缩空气作为清洁动力源被广泛应用,然而空压机的耗能较为严重。从空压机节能带来的经济效益出发,得出了空压站节能研究的意义,全面总结了空压站存在的能源浪费问题,提出了规范设备选型、变频节能改造和建立自动化节能监控系统等空压站节能的具体措施。
Compressed air is widely used as a clean power source,but air compressors have high energy consumption.From the economic benefits brought about by the energy saving of air compressors,one could understand the significance of research on the energy saving for air compressor stations.This paper summarized energy waste problems existing with air compression stations,and proposed concrete measures for their energy saving such as standardization of equipment selection,frequency conversion energy-saving renovation,and setup of automatic energy-saving monitoring systems.
