双丝大干伸长高速焊接工艺试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了对双丝大干伸长高速焊接工艺进行研究,首先采用1 000~1 500 A系列焊接电流,在1^#焊丝30 mm、50 mm、70 mm三种不同干伸长,对应焊接电压34 V、36 V、38 V,焊接速度1 m/min条件下,进行了对比焊接试验,找出了1^#焊丝大焊接电流条件下,不同干伸长对焊丝熔化速度、焊缝熔深的影响规律;然后,采用双丝大干伸长焊接工艺进行了壁厚22 mm螺旋管高速焊试验,焊接速度从常规工艺的1.2 m/min提高到1.8~2.5 m/min。结果表明,焊缝外观成形良好,焊缝及热影响区低温冲击韧性有所改善,尤其热影响区改善显著,高速焊接头的抗拉强度与常规低速焊接相当。 In order to research double-wire high-speed welding process with longer wire extension,firstly using 1 000~1 500 A series welding current,in condition of 1^#wire extension of 30 mm,50 mm and 70 mm,which corresponded to welding voltage of 34 V,36 V and 38 V,and welding speed 1 m/min,comparative welding tests were carried out,and the influencing rule of different wire extension on wire melting rate and weld penetration of 1^#wire under the condition of high welding current were found out;then the double-wire welding process with longer wire extension was used to carry out the high-speed welding test of the spiral pipe with a wall thickness of 22 mm,and the welding speed increased from 1.2 m/min in the conventional process to 1.8~2.5 m/min.The results showed that weld visual had good formation,low temperature toughness of weld and heat affected zone were improved,especially in heat affected zone it was improved significantly,and the tensile strength of high-speed welding joint was equal to that of conventional low speed welding.
