摘要
随着我国从粗放式扶贫转向精准化精细化扶贫,教育精准扶贫显得越来越重要。本文梳理了教育精准扶贫政策,从理论支撑和现实逻辑两个维度论证了"互联网+"教育精准扶贫的重要性和必要性。虽然越来越多的个人和社会力量参与到"互联网+"教育精准扶贫,但硬件设施和软件资源仍是"互联网+"教育精准扶贫的难点问题。"互联网+"教育精准扶贫接下来的工作重点包括:加强教育信息化基础设施建设;加强教师队伍建设;提供以需求为导向的教育产品;提高贫困地区和贫困人口的信息技术素养。
As China moves from extensive poverty alleviation to precise and refined poverty alleviation, education and poverty alleviation become more and more important. This paper sorts out the education precision poverty alleviation policy, and demonstrates the importance and necessity of the "internet +" education precision poverty alleviation from the two dimensions of theoretical support and realistic logic. Although more and more individuals and social forces are involved in the "internet +" education to help the poor, hardware facilities and software resources are still the difficult problem of "internet +" education to help the poor. The following priorities of "internet +" education for poverty alleviation include: strengthening the construction of educational information infrastructure;strengthening the construction of teaching staff;providing demand-oriented educational products;and improving the information technology literacy of poor areas and the poor.
