摘要
甲醇作为工业中不可或缺的有机原料,该产品的生产技术、效率以及质量均备受关注。基于流程模拟软件和Sour-SRK方程将对甲醇合成反应的稳态工艺过程进行模拟分析,详细研究了甲醇合成气比例、反应器反应温度、粗甲醇分离罐温度等对甲醇产量及循环气流的影响,为进一步提升甲醇制备效率及产品质量奠定了基础。
Methanol is an indispensable organic raw material in industry,and its production technology,efficiency and quality have attracted much attention.Based on the process simulation software and Sour-SRK equation,the steady-state process of methanol synthesis reaction will be simulated and analyzed.The effects of methanol synthesis gas ratio,reactor reaction temperature and crude methanol separator temperature on methanol production and circulating gas flow are studied in detail,which lays a foundation for further improving methanol preparation efficiency and product quality.
