摘要
DeviceNet具有可靠性高、实时性强、操作简单等特点,在工业控制中得到广泛应用。为了使初学者更好地理解DeviceNet的通信机理与通信方式,开发了体现DeviceNet特点的实验系统。介绍了实验系统的硬件构成、软件应用和通信配置方法,设计了PLC基本编程和DeviceNet配置两个实验项目。通过编制PLC逻辑控制程序掌握基本编程指令、I/O配置和通信组态方法,进行网络配置与编程实验,循序渐进地理解Controllogix控制器与DeviceNet上设备的通信原理与通信方法。实验系统配合"工业通信与网络技术"课程教学已应用多年,通过实验加深了学生对抽象通信理论的理解,取得了很好的教学效果。
DeviceNet has characteristics of reliability,real-time and simple orperation,and is widely used in industrial control. In order to enable beginners to better understand communication mechanism and method of DeviceNet,an experimental system which can embody the characteristics of DeviceNet is designed. The hardware structure,communication configuration and programming method of the experimental system are introduced. Two experimental projects of PLC basic programming and DeviceNet network configuration are designed. The students can master the basic programming instruction,I/O configuration and communication configuration method by the PLC logic control program,and then the network configuration and programming are carried out,so that the communication mode between the controller and the equipment on the DeviceNet can be understood gradually. The experiment system cooperated with the course of "Industrial Communication and Network Technology" for many years,it can help students to understand of the abstract communication theory,and achieved good teaching effect.
