阿尔茨海默症体力活动干预研究进展的可视化分析 被引量:1

摘要 本研究以Web of Science数据库作为文献检索平台,收集自2006年以来以阿尔兹海默症(Alzheimers disease,AD)体力活动干预研究为主题的英文文献1 525篇。运用Cite Space V、Excel等工具对所收集文献的关键词、研究者合作网络、研究机构及被引情况进行描述性统计和可视化分析,系统梳理了国外AD体力活动干预领域的研究进展。结果表明:(1)国外AD体力活动干预研究发展态势良好,研究者均来自高校科研机构,发文量位居前10位的高校分别是美国、澳大利亚及瑞典,且个人和机构间科研合作网络已初步形成;(2)从高频关键词和突现关键词来看,体力活动对AD生物标志物、神经发生及执行功能的影响成为研究热点;(3)高被引文献主要集中在体力活动对老年人认知功能、AD风险因素影响等领域,研究议题相对稳定。结论:有关AD体力活动干预处方和实施方案的临床研究将是未来的研究热点。 Based on the core collection of the papers from the Web of Science since 2006 concerning the studies of physical activity intervention of Alzheimer s disease with 1 525 English papers used as the original resource papers.CiteSpaceV,Excel and other tools were used for descriptive statistics and visualization analysis of key words,collaborative networks of researchers,research institutions and quoted literature.This paper systematically reviews the research progress of AD physical activity intervention in foreign literature.The results show that:(1)The trend of study of AD physical activity intervention is better.Researchers are from university research institutions,and the top 10 universities are the United States,Australia and Sweden.Personal and institutional cooperation network have formed initially;(2)From the perspective of high frequency key words and emergent key words,the effects of physical activity on AD biomarkers,neurogenesis and executive function have become research hotspots;(3)High quoted literature mainly focuses on the effects of physical activity on cognitive function of the elderly and the risk of AD.The research topics are stable relatively.It is concluded that clinical research on AD physical activity intervention prescription and implementation plan will be a hot topic in the future.
