摘要
创新创业对于促进“人口红利”向“人才红利”转型具有重要意义,是国家创新驱动发展战略的重要组成部分。基于班杜拉的三元交互决定理论,结合调研数据对大学生创新创业的培育现状进行分析,高校创新创业是学生个体与高校环境、高校环境与创新创业行为、创新创业行为与学生个体相互影响、交互作用的结果。高校创新创业培育机制的构建需要从以下3个方面着手:全面提升创新创业个体,树立正确的创新创业理念;综合强化学生创新创业行为,培养创新创业能力;充分优化高校创新创业环境,整合创新创业支撑服务力量。
Innovative entrepreneurship is of great significance to transformation of the demographic dividend into the talent dividend and an important part of the national innovation driven development strategy.Based on Bandura's theory of reciprocal determinism,combined with research data,this paper analyzes the cultivation status of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship.Innovative entrepreneurship in colleges and universities is the result of the interaction between individual and university environment,interaction between university environment and innovation and entrepreneurship behavior,and interaction between innovation and entrepreneurial behavior and individual students.The construction of the innovation and entrepreneurship mechanism of colleges and universities needs to start from the following three aspects.Improve the individuality of innovation and entrepreneurship and establish the correct concept of innovation and entrepreneurship.Comprehensively strengthen students'innovative and entrepreneurial behaviors and cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial capabilities.Fully optimize the innovation and entrepreneurial environment of colleges and universities and integrate innovation and entrepreneurship to provide service.
