商用车油箱支架柔性焊接工装设计

摘要 在汽车钣金零部件的焊装工艺中,绝大多数情况都是把几个不同结构形状的零部件焊接装到一起,组成一个焊装组合件。而控制焊件尺寸一致性质量最有效的措施是在焊接前对零部件进行定位装夹,而目前部分焊装夹具是对单一零部件的要求而设计的,柔性差。文章基于简单商用车油箱支架工装夹具设计的柔性焊装夹具,能适应多种支架,并保持较高的结构刚性,满足目前对柔性化和可靠性的要求。 In the welding process of automotive sheet metal parts,in most cases,several parts of different structural shapes are welded together to form a welded assembly.The most effective measure to control the dimensional consistency of the weldment is to position and clamp the components before welding.At present,some of the welding fixtures are designed for the requirements of a single component,and the flexibility is poor.This paper is based on the flexible welding fixture designed for the simple commercial vehicle fuel tank bracket fixture.It can adapt to a variety of brackets and maintain high structural rigidity to meet the current requirements for flexibility and reliability.
