摘要
采用欧洲AK45试验方法在不同环境温度下开展轮毂轴承润滑脂寿命试验,结果证明:温度越高,润滑脂寿命越短。在室温下,聚脲型润滑脂寿命比复合锂基脂的高54%;50℃以上时,2种润滑脂寿命相近,失效轴承均存在异常白色组织剥落现象。
The grease life test for hub bearings is carried out by using Europe AK45 test method under different environment temperatures.The result show that the higher the temperature is,the shorter the life of the grease is.The life of polyurea grease is 54 percent higher than that of compounded lithium-based grease under room temperature.Two kinds of greases have similar life when the temperature reaches above 50℃,and the abnormal white structure flake occur in the failure bearings.
