摘要
针对某型搅拌车在工作过程中发生的减速机滚动轴承失效现象,对失效轴承进行拆解,并从保持架及滚子的宏观形貌、微观形貌、化学成分、硬度、显微组织等方面对失效原因进行了综合分析。结果表明:失效轴承的材料本身未见明显异常;轴承失效的原因是搅拌车超载造成减速机输出轴盘偏摆角过大,导致轴承过度偏斜,偏载运转,从而使润滑脂失去作用,内、外圈与滚子表面直接接触造成剧烈摩擦;失效模式主要为表面起源型疲劳剥落。
Aimed at failure of rolling bearing for reducer in a certain type of mixer vehicle during working,the failure bearing is disassembled.The failure reasons are analyzed comprehensively from macro morphology,micro morphology,chemical composition,hardness and microstructure of cage and rollers.The results show that there is no obvious abnormality in material of failure bearing.The failure reason of bearing is larger deflection angle of output shaft disk of reducer caused by overload of mixer vehicle,resulting in excessive deflection operation and partial load operation,thus the inactivation of lubricating grease makes severe friction caused by direct contact between inner ring,outer ring and roller surface.The failure mode is mainly surface originated fatigue spalling.
