摘要 为提高铁基含油轴承材料的力学和摩擦学性能,通过球磨含造孔剂TiH2的铁基混合粉末,制备孔隙、性能可控的铁基含油轴承材料,利用HDM-20端面摩擦磨损试验机对其摩擦磨损性能进行评价。结果表明:在铁基含油轴承材料中添加适量的TiH2可有效调控孔隙率,同时生成硬质相,增大材料的硬度,满足材料含油自润滑性能和力学性能要求;当TiH2质量分数为1%时,轴承材料综合力学性能和摩擦学性能较好。 In order to improve mechanical and tribological properties of iron-based bearing materials containing oil,the iron-based bearing materials containing oil with controllable porosity and properties is prepared through ball milling of iron-based mixed powder containing pore-making agent TiH2.The friction and wear properties are evaluated by end surface friction and wear tester HDM-20.The results show that the porosity is controlled effectively by adding proper amount of TiH 2 into iron-based bearing materials containing oil,the hard phase is generated at the same time,and the hardness of materials is increased to meet requirements for self-lubricating and mechanical properties of materials containing oil.The bearing materials have good comprehensive mechanical and tribological properties when the mass fraction of TiH 2 is 1%.
