摘要
分析了我国基建企业在开展海外业务时面临的国际合规环境,探讨了基建企业海外业务合规风险管理体系的构建,并围绕基建企业海外业务合规风险管理展开了研究,提出了加强企业员工合规意识培养等措施,旨在提高其海外业务合规风险管理水平。
This paper analyzes the international compliance environment faced by Chinese infrastructure enterprises when they carry out overseas business,and probes into the construction of compliance risk management system for overseas business of infrastructure enterprises.It also studies the compliance risk management of overseas businesses of infrastructure enterprises,and puts forward measures such as strengthening the training of compliance awareness of enterprise employees,so as to improve the compliance risk management level of their overseas businesses.
