摘要
燃气轮机长时间运行后,其转子的临界转速会受到影响。建立了燃气轮机转子的有限元模型,针对单根拉杆失效、两根对称拉杆失效和两根相邻拉杆失效工况,进行了转子临界转速的计算,为转子在实际运行中出现振动加剧、喘振等现象提供故障诊断依据。
After the gas turbine is operated for a long time, the critical speed of the rotor will be affected. The finite element model of the gas turbine rotor was established. Aiming at the working conditions of single draw rod failure, the failure of two symmetrical draw rods and the failure of two adjacent draw rods, the calculation of the critical speed of the rotor was carried out. It may provide reference for fault diagnosis on intensified vibration and surge in the actual operation of the rotor.
