摘要
目的:探讨影响错[牙合]畸形患者行口面肌功能治疗意愿(OMT)的主要相关因素。方法:对就诊于山西医科大学第一医院口腔正畸科的279例错[牙合]畸形患者宣教口面肌功能治疗的知识,并进行影响OMT意愿的相关问卷调查。采用SAS 9.2软件进行单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析。结果:多因素Logistic回归分析显示性别(OR=0.382)、婚姻状况(OR=0.25)、肌功能训练了解情况(OR=5.665)、能否坚持完训练(OR=4.333)、训练是否较为费时(OR=0.251)、训练是否影响正常生活(OR=0.242)为影响患者接受OMT意愿的因素。结论:本调查发现错[牙合]畸形患者行OMT的意愿受多种因素影响,应积极宣传口面肌功能治疗。
Objective: To explore the main affecting factors of orofacial myofunctional therapy(OMT)intention of malocclusion patients. Methods: 279 malocclusion patients underwent OMT education were investigated with a questionnaire survey of OMT therapy intention. SAS9.2 software was used for univariate analysis and logistic regression analysis of the data. Results: Logistic regression showed that gender(OR=0.382), marital status(OR=0.25), the degree of understanding about OMT(OR=5.665), whether training can be persisted to complete(OR=4.333), whether training may be more time-consuming(OR=0.251) and whether the training may affecte normal life(OR=0.242) are the relevent factors to OMT intention of the patients with malocclusion. Conclusion: The intention of OMT is affected by a variety of factors. OMT education should be strengthened.
