摘要
食用菌是人们日常生活经常食用的产品之一,其中含有丰富的营养,但其运输配送模式一直是困扰物流行业的难题。当前有关保鲜产品的运输配送模式研究成果存在成本高、实时性差的问题,构建基于优化配送模式模型下的保鲜食用菌电商线下物流运输。简要分析保鲜食用菌线下物流运输存在的特性,根据分析结果利用枢纽所需产品转运衔接过程成本、食用菌损耗成本和运输成本费用定义保鲜食用菌配送总成本最小的优化模型,以运输的总时间不可超过规定时间限制等为约束条件,实现保鲜食用菌运输最佳配送模式的构建。实验表明,所选运输模式成本系数低,运输效率高,鲁棒性强。
Edible mushroom is one of the products that people often eat in daily life,which contains rich nutrition,but its transportation and distribution mode has always been a difficult problem to the logistics industry. At present,the research results on the transportation and distribution mode of fresh-keeping products have the problems of high cost and poor real-time performance. The logistics transportation of fresh-keeping edible fungi under E-commerce line based on the optimized distribution mode model is constructed. This paper briefly analyses the characteristics of the logistics transportation of fresh-keeping edible fungi under the line. According to the analysis results,the optimization model of the minimum total cost of distribution of freshkeeping edible fungi is defined by the cost of product transfer and connection process,the cost of loss of edible fungi and the cost of transportation. The optimal distribution model of fresh-keeping edible fungi transportation is realized under the constraints that the total time of transportation should not exceed the prescribed time limit. The construction of style. Experiments show that the selected transportation mode has low cost coefficient,high transportation efficiency and strong robustness.
