摘要 研究PBL结合培养性讲课在风湿免疫专业全科医师规范化培训和本科教学中的应用效果。把2016年7月至2018年1月于风湿免疫科参加全科医师规范化培训的学员随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组通过PBL结合培养性讲课的方式,对照组进行传统的教学方法,出科时调查两组对课程的评价及专业能力提升情况,并对比出科考试成绩。将PBL结合培养性讲课引入风湿免疫科全科住院医师规范化培训和本科教学,可以显著提高住院医师对风湿免疫专业知识的掌握,增强其对课程学习的积极性,有助于提高学员的自学能力。 Objective:To study the application effect of PBL combined with training lecture in general practitioners' standardized training and undergraduate teaching of rheumatic immunity specialty. The trainees who participated in the standardized training of general practitioners from July 2016 to January 2018 in Rheumatology and Immunology Department were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was given PBL combined with training lectures. The control group was given traditional teaching Methods. The evaluation of courses and the improvement of professional abilities were investigated when they left the department, and the Results of the examination were compared. The introduction of PBL combined with training lectures into the standardized training and undergraduate teaching of general resident in rheumatic Immunology Department can significantly improve the resident's mastery of rheumatic immunology professional knowledge,enhance their enthusiasm for course learning,and help to improve the students' self-study ability.
