不同健康教育干预模式对孤独症患儿社交能力影响 被引量:2

Effect of different health education intervention modes on social skills in children with autism

摘要 目的孤独症即孤独性障碍或自闭症,属于儿童时期较为严重的神经发育性障碍,患儿常伴有语言交流障碍、社会交往障碍等表现,不仅对患儿造成严重影响,还将增加父母、家庭及社会的负担。为了寻求更好的孤独症干预手段,本研究对孤独症患儿进行不同的健康教育干预模式,探讨其对孤独症患儿社交能力的影响。方法选取2015-09-01-2017-03-01郑州儿童医院收治的96例孤独症患儿作为研究对象。根据患儿入院时间,2015-09-01-2016-08-31收治的48例患儿作为对照组,进行结构化健康教育模式;2016-09-01-2017-03-01收治的48例患儿作为观察组,在传统教育方式基础上行引导教育联合融合教育的干预方式。对比两组患儿社交能力及护理满意度。结果干预6个月后,观察组社交能力评分为(79.82±10.58)分,低于对照组的(92.36±11.64)分,t=5.523,P<0.001;观察组护理满意度为93.75%,高于对照组的77.08%,差异有统计学意义,χ~2=5.352,P=0.021。结论引导教育联合融合教育可有效提升孤独症患儿的社交能力,提升患儿家长护理满意度。 OBJECTIVE Autism,namely autism disorder or autism,is a serious neurodevelopmental disorder in childhood.Children with autism are often accompanied by language communication disorders and social communication disorders,which not only have a serious impact on children,but also increase the burden of parents,families and society.In order to find better intervention methods for autism,this study conducted different health education intervention models for children with autism,and explored its impact on social competence of children with autism.METHODS A total of 96 autistic children admitted to Zhengzhou Children’s Hospital from September 1,2015 to March 1,2017 were selected as the subjects of study.According to the time of admission,48 cases of children admitted from September 1,2015 to August 31,2016 were taken as control group and structured health education mode was carried out.48 cases of children admitted from September 1,2016 to March 1,2017 were taken as observation group,and intervention mode of guided education combined with integrated education was carried out on the basis of traditional education mode.The social competence and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.RESULTS After 6 months of intervention,the social ability score of the observation group was(79.82±10.58) points,which was lower than that of the control group(92.36±11.64),t=5.523,P<0.001.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93.75%,which was higher than that of the control group(77.08%).The difference was statistically significant,χ^2=5.352,P=0.021.CONCLUSION Guided education and integrated education can effectively improve the social ability of children with autism and improve the satisfaction of parents in nursing care of children.
