摘要
目的:探讨急危重症远程救治指挥平台的设计与应用,解决急危重症救治的高效诊疗问题。方法:基于互联网和远程通信信息技术,建立以区域中心医院为基地的应急指挥医疗协作通信平台。结果:实现医院及科室之间进行应急指挥医疗、应急诊断、应急监护、应急抢救指导、应急咨询和应急信息共享等应急医学活动。结论:急危重症远程救治指挥平台的应用可提升基层医院的急危重症救治高效诊疗能力,增添基层医院急危救治安全保障能力。
Objective: To explore the design and application of emergency and critical care telemedicine services system, and to solve the problem of high-efficiency diagnosis and treatment of critically ill. Methods: Based on network and telecommunication technology, a structure remote collaborative platform targeting emergency and critical care based on central medical hospital that linked other regional medical institutions was established. Results: Emergency medical activities such as medical guiding, diagnosis, monitoring, rescue, consultation and information sharing were rapidly implemented between units and hospitals. Conclusion: The application of this telemedicine virtual platform can enhance the capability of diagnosis and treatment of critically ill, rapid response and security safeguards in sub-hospitals.
