摘要
根据纺织品色牢度色差仪评级方法的原理,通过对总体结构和各模块进行方案设计,最终研制出色牢度自动评级系统。该系统可通过计算机软件进行控制,自动进行样品的拍照、定位和级别评定,并输出结果,适用于纺织品不同颜色、不同形式沾色牢度和不同颜色、不同材质变色牢度级别的评定,具有快速、准确、简便的特点。
According to the principle of colorimeter assessment method for textile color fastness, the automatic assessment system for textile color fastness is developed at last by means of designing the scheme of overall structure and every module. Through controlling by computer software, this system could take photos, fix position and assess for textile specimens automatically and then output results. It is appropriate for textiles assessment not only for staining of adjacent fabrics with different colors and different forms but also for changing in color of grey scale rating with different colors and different textures. This system is rapid, accurate, simple and convenient.
