摘要
目的探讨脑梗死后鼻饲患者应用全方位身心舒适护理的效果。方法选取2015年10月—2017年9月收治于南京医科大学附属无锡人民医院的脑梗死后鼻饲患者88例,以2016年10月—2017年9月的44例为观察组,以2015年10月—2016年9月的44例为对照组。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施全方位身心舒适护理。干预后第4周末,比较两组患者的吞咽功能、情感状况、生活质量及营养状况。结果干预后,观察组的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,洼田试验评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死后鼻饲患者应用全方位身心舒适护理,可改善其吞咽功能,稳定其情感状况,增进机体对营养物质的吸收,提升生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive physical and mental comfort care on patients with cerebral infarction receiving nasal feeding.Methods A total of 88 patients with cerebral infarction,who need nasal feeding admitted in Wuxi People’s Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University were selected from October 2015 to September 2017.Fourty-four patients,who were selected from October 2016 to September 2017,were considered as observation group and 44 patients,who were selected from October 2015 to September 2016,were considered as control group.Routine care was given in control group,while both routine care and comprehensive physical and mental comfort care were implemented in observation group.At the end of the 4 th week after intervention,swallowing function,emotional status,quality of life and nutritional status were compared between two groups.Results After intervention,SAS and SDS scores of patients in observation group were lower than those in control group.Quality of life score in observation group was higher than that in control group.Water swallow test score was higher in observation group than in control group.All differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of comprehensive physical and mental comfort care in cerebral infarction patients on nasal feeding,can improve swallowing function,stabilize emotional status,enhance absorption of nutrients,and improve quality of life.
