摘要
阐述了大型球铁件在铸造工艺方面和熔炼工艺方面的技术参数难点以及工艺参数的选择控制方法,在3 500 t注塑机二板、意大利陶瓷机械底座进行了生产应用和验证。结果表明,只有通过合理优异的铸造工艺设计以及合理的熔炼工艺,控制好生产过程中各个环节的工艺控制节点和参数,才可以稳定生产出力学性能、金相组织合格的大型球铁件。
The technical parameter difficulties in casting process and smelting process of large ductile iron parts and the selection and control method of technological parameters were described. In 3 500 tons of injection molding machine second plate, Italian ceramic mechanical base for the production and application and verification. The results show that only through reasonable and excellent casting process design and reasonable melting process, con trolling the process control nodes and parameters of each link in the production process, can the large ductile iron parts with qualified mechanical properties and microstructure be produced stably.
