摘要
建立补肾壮阳类中成药及保健食品中非法添加二乙氨基前他达拉非的HPLC检测方法,并运用UPLC-QTOF MS进一步结构确证。色谱柱为岛津Intersil ODS-SPC18(4.6×150mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.5%三乙胺溶液(用磷酸调节pH值至3.0)(40:60),流速为1.0mL/min;检测波长280nm。该方法线性、精密度、稳定性和耐用性良好。本方法快速、简便、准确,适用于补肾壮阳类中成药及保健食品中非法添加二乙氨基前他达拉非的检测。
An HPLC method was established and confirmed by UPLC-QTOF MS for the determination of diethylaminopretadalafil illegally added in healthy products of promoting sexual enhancement.The compound was determined on an Intersil ODS-SP C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)column,acetonitrile and 0.5%triethylamine(adjusted to pH 3.0 with phosphoric acid)(40:60)was used as the mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and detection wavelength was 280 nm.The linearity,precisions,stability and robustness of the method were good.The method was fast,convenient,and accurate to the determination of diethylaminopretadalafil illegally added in healthy products of promoting sexual enhancement.
