摘要
当下民航业正在迎来新一轮高速发展,需要大量专业机务人才,机型技术的培训成为一大焦点,传统的培养方式主要是书本与现场实践相结合,这种方式很大程度上受到了时间和地点的限制,迫切需要一种新的更方便快捷的培训方式来满足民航领域对机务人才的培训需求。文章正是针对此目的,开发了针对湾流G450型飞机电子系统机型培训的计算机辅助培训课件。首先,文章介绍了CBT的概念、优势、发展等;其次,详细介绍了湾流G450型飞机电子系统CBT课件的制作过程和部分界面;最后,展望了CBT课件的应用和发展,通过此CBT课件,实现了机型培训中飞机电子系统交互式学习模式,提高了培训的统一性,减少了时间空间的限制,节省了实物资源,提高了培训效率。
At present, the civil aviation industry is ushering in a new round of high-speed development, which requires a large number of professional aircraft maintenance personnel. Aircraft maintenance training has become a major focus. The traditional training method is mainly the combination of books and field practice. The limitation of time and place urgently requires a new and more convenient training method to meet the training needs of the civil aviation personnel. For this purpose, this paper developed a computer based training (CBT) courseware for the Gulfstream G450 aircraft electronic system training. The article first introduces the concept, advantages and development of CBT. Secondly, it introduces in detail the production process and some interfaces of CBT courseware of Gulfstream G450 aircraft electronic system. Finally, it looks forward to the application and development of CBT courseware. Through the CBT courseware, the consistency of the interactive learning mode training of the aircraft electronic system is improved, the time and space constraints are reduced, physical resources are saved, and the training efficiency is improved.
