摘要
回顾了近年来中国鸡蛋市场发展形势及存在的问题。2018年以来,在蛋鸡存栏小幅下降的情况下,禽蛋产量维持增长,鸡蛋消费呈现出明显的季节性特征,出口量减额增,价格高位调整,蛋鸡养殖效益总体可观;同时,随着中国蛋鸡养殖业的发展,蛋鸡引种增加,其养殖规模化程度进一步提升,但是其品牌化程度低以及深加工产品比重少的问题仍有待进一步解决。在此基础之上,对未来中国蛋鸡市场进行了展望,并且围绕蛋鸡养殖规模、鸡蛋品牌建设以及蛋品深加工等方面,对中国蛋鸡养殖产业发展提出建议。
The development situation and existing problems of eggs market in China in recent years were reviewed.Since 2018,under the circumstance of a small decline in the laying stock,the production of poultry eggs has maintained a growth,and the consumption of eggs has shown obvious seasonal characteristics,the export volume has reduced but the export value has increased,and the price has been adjusted at a high level,and the breeding benefits of laying hens are considerable.At the same time,with the development of layer breeding industry in China,the introduction of layer breeding has increased,and the degree of breeding scale has been further improved,but the problems of the low degree of brand and less proportion of deep processing products still needs to be further resolved.On this basis,the authors forecasted the future prospect of China's layer market,and put forward recommendations for the development of China's laying hens breeding industry from the laying hens breeding scale,egg brand building and the egg products deep processing.
