摘要
论文运用SWOT建模分析法,对公立医院党员档案管理中拥有的内部优势与劣势、外部机会与威胁进行分析,并针对公立医院党员档案管理水提高提出相应的对策。
The internal strengths and weaknesses,external opportunities and threats in the archives management of Party members in public hospitals are analyzed by using SWOT modeling analysis method,and some countermeasures are put forward for improving the archives management level of the Party members in public hospitals.
