真菌多糖的辐射防护作用研究 被引量:7

摘要 肿瘤放射治疗时,由于肿瘤组织与正常组织对辐照剂量的敏感度不同,导致放射治疗副作用明显。因此研究并开发高效低毒的辐射防护剂,降低放疗对正常组织的损伤,对于肿瘤的临床放射治疗具有重要的意义。研究表明,真菌多糖是一类来源广泛的天然辐射防护剂。常见的灵芝多糖、姬松茸多糖、银耳多糖、黑木耳多糖等均有良好的辐射防护作用。本文综述了几种常见真菌多糖的辐射防护作用及其作用机制,以期为开发和研究辐射防护药物提供参考。 In radiotherapy of tumors,the side effects of radiotherapy are obvious since the radiosensitivity of the tumor tissue is different from the normal tissue.Thereby,it is of vital importance to research and develop new highefficiency and low-toxicity radiation protective agents that can reduce the damage of radiotherapy to normal tissues in clinical radiotherapy of tumors.Studies have founded that fungal polysaccharides are a kind of natural radiation protective agents from a wide range of sources.The radioprotective effects and mechanism of several common fungal polysaccharides such as polysaccharides from Ganoderma,Agaricus brasiliensis,Tremella and Auricularia auricula are reviewed in this paper to provide reference for the research and development of radiation protection drugs.
