摘要
目的:研究茶芎Ligusticum sinense Oliv.cv.Chaxiong地上部分的化学成分。方法:采用薄层色谱、D101型大孔吸附树脂树脂、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,使用波谱分析技术和理化常数对照等方法对得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从茶芎地上部分的正丁醇部位中分离得到3个咖啡酰基奎尼酸类和5个黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为:5-O-(6′-甲氧基)咖啡酰奎尼酸丁酯(1)、5-O-咖啡酰基奎宁酸丁酯(2)、4-O-咖啡酰基奎尼酸丁酯(3)、三叶豆苷(4)、槲皮素-3′-甲氧基-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(5)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(6)、6″-O-乙酰金丝桃苷(7)、槲皮素(8)。结论:化合物1~8均为首次从该植物分离得到。
Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents from the aerial parts of Ligusticum sinense.Methods:The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silical gel,macroporous resin(D101)and Sephadex LH-20.Their structures were elucidated based on the spectrum analysis and comparison of physical constan.Results:Three caffeoylquinic acid compounds and five flavonoids were isolated and identified as 5-O-(6′-methoxyl)quinic acid butyl ester(1),5-O-caffeoylquinic acid butyl ester(2),4-O-caffeoylquinic acid butyl ester(3),trifolin(4),quercetin 3′-methoxyl-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside(5),quercetin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside(6),6″-O-acetylhyperoside(7),quercetin(8).Conclusion:Compound 1~8 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
