摘要
从固体废物管理相关政策、危险废物的判别依据、贮存管理要求、如何做好固废处理、危废处理面临的现状等方面简单介绍了涂料行业固体废物需要关注的问题,提出源头控制、安全处置、防范风险、监管手段等建议,给广大企业提供一些参考。
This paper briefly introduces several points for attention related to solid waste from the coatings industry such as policies on solid waste management, the basis of hazardous waste identification, requirements on storage management, how to dispose of solid waste properly and the current situation facing hazardous waste disposal, and gives suggestions such as source control, safe disposal, risk prevention and means of supervision for enterprises’ reference.
