摘要
目的:分析用二维超声检查联合四维超声检查在诊断胎儿畸形中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年7月至2018年8月期间乐山市市中区人民医院收治的520例孕产妇为研究对象。对这520例孕产妇分别进行二维超声检查及二维超声检查联合四维超声检查。以这520例孕产妇分娩或流产后对其新生儿或死胎进行综合检查的结果为金标准,对比用这两种检查方法诊断胎儿畸形的准确性,同时观察用二维超声检查联合四维超声检查诊断不同类型胎儿畸形的准确性。结果:与对孕产妇进行二维超声检查相比,对其进行二维超声检查联合四维超声检查诊断胎儿畸形的确诊率较高,P <0.05。与对孕产妇进行二维超声检查相比,对其进行二维超声检查联合四维超声检查诊断不同类型胎儿畸形的准确率均较高,P <0.05。结论:二维超声检查联合四维超声检查在诊断胎儿畸形中具有准确度高的特点,且可鉴别诊断不同类型的胎儿畸形。
objective:to analyze the application effect of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with four-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal malformation.Methods:520 pregnant women admitted to leshan shizhong district people’s hospital from July 2017 to August 2018 were selected as research objects.The 520 pregnant women were examined by two-dimensional ultrasound and two-dimensional ultrasound combined with four-dimensional ultrasound.The results of comprehensive examination on newborn or stillbirth of 520 pregnant women after delivery or abortion were taken as the gold standard to compare the accuracy of the two methods in diagnosing fetal malformations,and to observe the accuracy of the two methods combined with the four-dimensional ultrasound in diagnosing different types of fetal malformations.Results:compared with the two-dimensional ultrasound examination of pregnant women,the diagnosis rate of fetal malformation was higher when the two-dimensional ultrasound examination was combined with the four-dimensional ultrasound examination,P<0.05.Compared with the two-dimensional ultrasound examination of pregnant women,the accuracy of two-dimensional ultrasound examination combined with four-dimensional ultrasound examination in the diagnosis of different types of fetal malformations was higher,P<0.05.Conclusion:two-dimensional ultrasound combined with four-dimensional ultrasound has high accuracy in the diagnosis of fetal malformation.
