摘要
目的评价PBL+LBL联合教学法在《骨伤科手术学》教学中的应用研究。方法对江西中医药大学科技学院2014级中医骨伤专业课程教学改革,分为试验组A班(68例)采用PBL+LBL联合教学方法,即在传统教学基础上引入PBL教学方法,对照组B班(63例)采用传统教学法,将二者手术实验成绩及教学总成绩进行对比。结果手术实验成绩(占总成绩30%)对照组(21. 9±3. 4)分、试验组(23. 4±3. 8)分,2组具有显著差异(P <0. 01),总成绩对照组(71. 8±7. 4)分、试验组(75. 2±7. 9)分,2组具有统计学差异(P <0. 05)。结论使用PBL+LBL联合教学法在骨伤科手术学教学中既能促进学生积极、自主参与学习,又能充分传道授业解惑,严格把控授课节奏,从而显著提高授课效果。
Objective To evaluate the application of PBL and LBL teaching method in the teaching of orthopedic surgery.Method For the teaching reform of the 2014 TCM Orthopedics Course of College of Science and Technology of Jiangxi University of TCM,the experimental group A(N=68)adopted the PBL and LBL teaching method,and the control group B(N=63)used the traditional teaching method(LBL).The experimental teaching results of the two were compared.Result The experimental results(30%of the total score)were(21.9±3.4)in the control group and(23.4±3.8)in the experimental group.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.01).The total score of the control group was(71.8±7.4),and the experimental group was(75.2±7.9).There had statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of PBL and LBL teaching method can not only promote students’active and independent participation in learning,but also fully preach the teaching and confusing,and strictly control the rhythm of teaching to significantly improve the teaching effect.
