摘要
目的深入分析消化性溃疡出血患者对延续性护理服务的需求状况。方法运用质性研究中现象学研究方法,对15例消化性溃疡出血患者进行深度半结构化访谈,采用Colaizzi的现象学资料7步分析法对资料进行分析,提炼主题。结果消化性溃疡出血患者对延续性护理服务需求的3大主题:①消化性溃疡出血患者对疾病相关知识、饮食、心理疏导等方面存在延续性护理服务需求;②期望得到多种形式的延续性护理服务;③期望得到规范的专业化团队的延续性护理服务。结论消化性溃疡出血患者需要延续性护理服务,医护人员应充分发挥其专业优势,结合医院实际和患者需求,提供有效、规范的延续性护理服务。
Objective To analyze the demand for continuous nursing service in patients with peptic ulcer hemorrhage. Methods Fifteen patients were interviewed with deep semi-structured interview by using the phenomenological method of qualitative study. The data were analyzed and sorted by Colaizzi seven-step analysis method, and the theme was extracted. Results Three main themes of the demand for continuous nursing services in patients with peptic ulcer hemorrhage were as follows: 1) There was a need for continuous nursing service in the patients with peptic ulcer hemorrhage in such aspects as disease-related knowledge, diet and psychological guidance. 2) The patients with peptic ulcer hemorrhage expected to receive various forms of continuous nursing services. 3) The patients with peptic ulcer hemorrhage expected to receive continuous nursing service from a standardized and specialized team. Conclusion There is a need for continuous nursing service in patients with continuous nursing service. To provide effective and standardized nursing service, the medical staff should give full play to their professional advantage, and combine the practical situation of the hospital.
