摘要
目前常用的深海海底管道预调试方案主要为水下发球-水上收球方案。由于海底设备本身无法提供相应的动力源和工作介质,因此需要通过下放软管,从水面供源系统向海底的水下发球筒提供淡水、干空气、乙二醇、氮气等工作介质和动力。鉴于国内外对海底管道下放软管系统的研究较少,因此对当今国内外深水海底管道预调试工艺所使用的下放软管系统的类型、发展历程、应用案例、系统组成和下放工艺等内容进行了总结,以期对海底管道下放软管系统的开发和使用提供借鉴和帮助。
At present, the often used deepwater subsea pipeline pre-commissioning scheme is mainly the pig underwater launching and overwater receiving. Because subsea equipment does not provides power and working medium, it is needed to use a downline to provide power and working medium such as fresh water, dry air and nitrogen from overwater to underwater pig launcher. As there is less study on the downline system at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the types, development history, application cases, system composition and operation process of the downline systems used in the pre-commissioning process of deepwater subsea pipelines at home and abroad, and expects it will provide reference for development and application of the subsea pipeline downline system.
