明珠号FPSO串靠艉输改造方案研究 被引量:2

摘要 明珠号FPSO原采用旁靠外输方式,该方式对外输环境条件要求相对苛刻,外输作业时单点系泊力较大。明珠号投入BZ25-1油田生产后外输频次加大,为降低外输风险,拟将明珠号FPSO由旁靠外输改为串靠艉输。首先对明珠号FPSO串靠艉输改造方案进行了研究,论证了串靠艉输方案对周边油田设施的影响,并对艉输软管方案进行了比选,推荐了简易系泊+漂浮输油软管外输方案;而后较为详细地论述了上述外输方案中系泊系统、外输软管系统的设计,对穿梭油轮的要求等,并制订了风险应对措施。 Mingzhu FPSO adopts the side-to-side offloading mode originally, which requires better environmental condition for operation and stronger SPM mooring force.Since Mingzhu FPSO was put into operation in BZ25-1 Oilfield, its offloading operations have been more frequently.In order to reduce the offloading risk, Mingzhu FPSO is to be changed into tandem mooring and offloading mode.This paper studies the scheme of offloading modification, demonstrates the influence of the scheme on surrounding oilfield equipment, comparatively selects cargo hose, recommends the offloading scheme of simple mooring + floating hose.Then, the paper discusses the design of the mooring system and offloading system, the requirements for the shuttle tanker, and formulates the corresponding measures against risks.
