摘要
针对线接触加工二次曲面刀具轨迹规划的问题,结合线接触加工原理,设计了五轴线接触加工铣床,通过各轴之间的相对运动形式、结构系数、运动参数以及坐标变换顺序,得出铣刀侧刃机构的坐标变换矩阵和位姿矩阵。以正圆锥面为例,根据正圆锥面导动线数学方程,得到正圆锥面线接触加工的刀位轨迹数学模型。通过实验,线接触加工正锥面时生成400个刀位数据,刀具沿导动线旋转一周就可以完成正锥面的线接触加工,验证了线接触加工二次曲面的刀位轨迹规划的正确性。
Aiming at the problem of the path planning of the quadric tool,Five axis line contact Milling machine is designed based on the method theory of line contact machining.The coordinate transformation matrix and the position and gesture matrix are obtained through Relative motion form,structure coefficient,motion parameter and coordinate transformation sequence Between the axes of the machine.Taking the positive conical surface as an example,the mathematical model of the cutter path of the straight conical line contact machining is established according the mathematical equations of the guide line.Cutter location data are generated in line contact Milling by experiment.Line contact machining of the normal cone is completed by the cutter rotating around the guide line.The correctness of the tool path planning of the quadric surface is proved in line contact Milling processing.
