摘要
面对医院综合能源逐年攀升状况,为了降低综合能源消耗,医院充分利用社会先进的节能技术,采用合同能源管理模式中的综合能源费用托管型与节能服务公司合作确保约定综合能源费用基准实现。主要从项目实施背景、必要性、模式、具体内容、优势5个方面论述医院合同能源管理的探索与实践。
Facing the hospital's comprehensive energy growth year by year, in order to reduce the comprehensive energy consumption, the hospital makes full use of the advanced energy-saving technologies of the society, and adopts the comprehensive energy cost custody type in the contract energy management mode to cooperate with the energy-saving service company to ensure the agreement on the comprehensive energy cost standard. This paper mainly discusses the exploration and practice of hospital contract energy management from five aspects: project implementation background, necessity, mode, specific content and advantages.
