微信+PBL基础上的翻转课堂在粉刺教学中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 为探讨微信+PBL基础上的翻转课堂在“中医外科学”粉刺教学中的作用,选取两个班分为实验组和对照组,实验组采取微信+PBL基础上的翻转课堂教学,对照组采取传统教学法,通过调查问卷和成绩测试对两组教学结果进行评价。结果显示:实验组学生在学习能力、学习效率、学习态度及学习成绩等方面高于对照组,两组结果具有统计学差异(P<0.01)。在粉刺教学中应用微信+PBL基础上的翻转课堂教学模式满足了学生主动学习的需求,提高了学习兴趣,促进了学生对知识的掌握、临床思维和临床诊疗能力的提高。 To expore effection of flipped classroom method on the basis of WeChat + PBL in acne Surgery of TCM,two classes were divided into experimental group and control group;experimental group took flipped classroom method on the basis of WeChat + PBL and control group adapted the traditional teaching method.Through the questionnaire and test paper we evaluated the result of the two groups.The result showed that the experimental group students in the learning ability,learning efficiency,learning attitude and learning achievement are higher than that in control group.There is statistical difference in two groups of results(P<0.01).Application of flipped classroom method on the basis of WeChat + PBL in acne can meet the needs of the students’ active learning,improve the learning interest,promote the students’ mastery of knowledge,the improvement of clinical thinking ability and clinical diagnosis and treatment.
