摘要
为了明确温度变化对核桃黑斑蚜〔Chromaphis juglandicola (Kaltenbach)〕生物学特性的影响,室内利用人工气候箱模拟不同温度条件(37℃/1d、37℃/2d、37℃/3d、恒温25℃),测定了核桃黑斑蚜的发育、存活、繁殖和寿命等生物学参数。结果表明,核桃黑斑蚜若蚜发育历期随着高温频率的增加而延长,若蚜存活率随高温频率的增加而降低,在37 ℃/1 d处理下,若蚜无法发育为成蚜。随着高温频率的增加,核桃黑斑蚜产蚜量减少,寿命显著缩短,内禀增长率显著降低。恒温与变温对核桃黑斑蚜的影响存在显著差异。恒温25 ℃下,核桃黑斑蚜的内禀增长率最大,为0.347。
To make sure the effects of temperature on the biological characteristics of Chromaphis juglandicola (Kaltenbach),the artificial climate box was used to simulate different temperature conditions (37 ℃/1 d,37 ℃/2 d,37 ℃/3 d and constant temperature 25 ℃) to determine the biological parameters such as development,survival,reproduction and longevity of walnut aphid.The results showed that the development duration of immature instars was prolonged with the increase of high temperature frequency and the survival rate of nymph decreased with the increase of high temperature frequency.The nymphs cannot develop into adult aphids at 37 ℃/1 d conditions.The effects of constant and fluctuating temperature on C.juglandicola were significantly different.The highest intrinsic rate of increase of C.juglandicola was 0.347 at the constant temperature 25 ℃.
