摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血(功血)的临床疗效。方法选取射阳县兴桥镇卫生院2016年3月—2018年3月收治的围绝经期功血患者68例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组患者给予诊断性刮宫术治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上给予中药固冲汤剂治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后血清雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡成熟素(FSH)与促黄体生成素(LH)水平,并评估两组患者子宫内膜厚度变化,观察不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者血清E2、FSH、LH水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者血清E2、FSH、LH水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者子宫内膜厚度、不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗围绝经期功血的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者雌激素水平,且不影响子宫内膜厚度,安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on functional uterine bleeding during perimenopause.Methods A total of 68 perimenopausal functional uterine bleeding patients were selected from March 2016 to March 2018 in Sheyang County Xingqiao Town Health Center,which were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with diagnostic curettage,while the observation group was treated with Guchong decoction.The clinical effect,the levels of serum E2,FSH and LH before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The changes of endometrial thickness were evaluated and adverse reactions were observed between the two groups.Results The observation group of total effective rate was higher than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant differences in serum E2,FSH or LH levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the observation group of serum E2,FSH and LH levels were lower than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant differences in endometrial thickness or incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is definite for perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding,it can effectively improve the estrogen level of patients without affecting the thickness of endometrium and with high safety.
