摘要
目的观察雷火灸配合右归丸治疗阳虚型腰痛的临床效果。方法将阳虚型腰痛患者92例随机分为雷火灸组30例、右归丸组31例和联合组31例,比较3组患者临床疗效及治疗前后VAS评分。结果联合组总有效率高于雷火灸组和右归丸组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前3组VAS评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3组VAS评分均低于治疗前,且联合组低于雷火灸组和右归丸组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雷火灸配合右归丸治疗阳虚型腰痛的疗效较好,值得在临床上广泛应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of leihuo moxibustion combined with yougui pill in treatment of deficiency lumbago.Methods 92 patients with deficiency lumbago were randomly divided into 30 cases of leihuo moxibustion group,31 cases of yougui pill group and 31 cases of combined group.The clinical efficacy and VAS scores of three groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of combined group was higher than that of leihuo moxibustion group and yougui pill group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the VAS scores between three groups before treatment(P>0.05).The VAS scores of three groups were lower than those before treatment,and combination group was lower than the leihuo moxibustion group and yougui pill group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Leihuo moxibustion combined with yougui pill has a significant effect on the treatment of deficiency lumbago and is worthy of wide clinical application.
